Jeff Wolf

Jeff Wolf is currently the Chief NightHawk at NightHawk Biosciences, a role they assume after founding and leading the company as CEO from 2011 to 2022. They have held significant leadership positions throughout their career, including as Chief Executive Officer of Scorpius BioManufacturing, Inc. since 2022, and as Co-founder and Chairman of TyRx Pharma, Inc. from 1998 to 2006. Wolf co-founded Avigen in 1994 and served as its Director until 1996, and also founded and managed Seed-One Ventures from 1996 to 2011. They hold a B.A. in Economics from the University of Chicago, a J.D. from New York University School of Law, and an MBA from Stanford University Graduate School of Business.
