Our selection procedure and training programs are very precise and the pattern followed by Scot Group is strictly on regimental lines. The security guards are trained on various duties like gate duties, key control, Handling of various Registers/Records at sites, various types of Fire and use of Extinguishers, First Aid Helps, and Emergencies like nature calamities and hoax calls/Bomb Threats apart from client based needs. Dedicated training is imparted in each discipline of security in well-organized manner.
