Hitender Sachdeva

Hitender Sachdeva is a Digital Product and Transformation Leader with extensive experience in origination, payments, lending, customer experience, and AI-driven platforms. Currently serving as the Director of Digital Products, Payments, and Strategy at Scotiabank, Hitender also holds a position as a Board Member and Director of Strategy at BMG - Brilliant Minds Group. Previously, Hitender contributed to various organizations, including YES BANK, Interac Corp., and RBC, where they focused on digital transformation and enhancing customer-centric services. Hitender holds an MBA in Strategy Management from the University of Strathclyde and a Master’s degree in Marketing from Kurukshetra University.
