Teri Doesborgh

Teri Doesborgh, CAMS, is a results-focused leader currently serving as the Director of Global Compliance & AML Governance, Reporting, and Strategic Support. With extensive experience in strategy, innovation, and regulatory projects, Teri has previously held senior roles at Scotiabank, where they led compliance initiatives and drove transformative change. Earlier in their career, Teri worked at Harlequin, initially as a Proofreader and then as a Research Intern and Customer Insight Coordinator. Teri holds a Bachelor's degree in English/History from Wilfrid Laurier University and multiple certifications, including a specialization in Financial Intelligence from the University of New Haven.
