Ski Swiatkowski is a seasoned performance improvement and leadership expert with extensive experience in the mortgage and real estate sectors. Currently serving as Chief Strategy Officer for The Blacklions Group and Executive Coach at 20/20 Vision for Success Coaching, Ski has dedicated a career to enhancing business performance, particularly for mortgage professionals. Previous roles include Vice President of Business Development at Silver Hill Funding and Bayview Loan Servicing, where strategic marketing and loan origination efforts were key focuses. Ski also contributed as a member of the Board of Directors for Scotsman Guide and held various leadership positions at GMH Mortgage Services and InterBay Funding.
