Charles Eaves

Charles Eaves currently serves as the Director of Continuous Improvement at Scotsman Ice Systems, a position held since July 2017. Prior to this role, Charles held the position of Director of Business Simplification at Welbilt Inc. for a brief period in 2017 and served as Director of the Project Management Office at Manitowoc Foodservice from October 2012 to February 2017. Charles also gained significant experience as Director of Operations at Delfield from February 2004 to October 2012. Academic qualifications include a Bachelor of Science degree from The Citadel, completed between 1981 and 1985.
