Kerry Sharp

Kerry Sharp has extensive experience in the investment and finance industry. Kerry began their career at Bank of Scotland, where they gained comprehensive knowledge of banking principles and risk assessment. Kerry then moved on to roles at 3i Group plc and Anglo Irish Bank Corporation Ltd, where they worked as a Portfolio Manager and Property Specialist, respectively.

In 2006, Kerry joined Scottish Enterprise, a prominent public sector investment agency, as a Senior Investment Manager. Kerry later became the Director of Portfolio Management for the Scottish Investment Bank, where they developed and managed the portfolio management function. Kerry also served as the Director of Growth Investments and Director of Entrepreneurship & Investment, leading efforts to support early-stage businesses and foster Scotland's funding market.

Kerry Sharp attended Newton Stewart High School from 1988 to 1991. Kerry then went on to study Accountancy at Glasgow Caledonian University and graduated with an Honours degree in 1995. From 1995 to 1998, Kerry studied Banking at The Chartered Banker Institute. Lastly, from 1999 to 2002, they attended ACCA and focused on the field of study in Accountancy without obtaining a degree.
