Lee Boucher has over 16 years of experience in performance leadership within Scottish Rowing, serving as Chief Executive Officer and Head of Performance and Pathways since 2017, after initially volunteering in these roles. Previously held positions include High Performance Coordinator for Scottish Rowing and interim roles with Tennis Scotland, where responsibilities ranged from overseeing performance departments to managing business development strategies. Additional experience includes serving as Team Manager for the Scottish Amateur Rowing Association and a brief tenure at Eastern BMW as Assistant Administration Manager.
