Mark Senter has extensive experience in coaching and development within the sports sector, currently serving as the Lead Child Wellbeing and Protection Officer and Coaching and Development Manager at Scottish Rowing since October 2014. Prior to this role, Mark held the position of Head Coach for the Glasgow and West Under 18 Academy at the Scottish Rugby Union from June 2016 to August 2019 and also served as the Head Coach for the West of Scotland Women's Under 20 Player Development Program.
