Stuart Hill

Stuart Hill has extensive experience in the water industry, primarily with Scottish Water, where Stuart served in various leadership roles from November 2010 to June 2018. As Business Change Manager, Stuart successfully delivered ESRI GIS to over 1200 users. In the role of Asset Inventory Leader, Stuart managed the Asset Inventory using ESRI GIS for infrastructure, as well as Ellipse for non-infrastructure and BIM. Additionally, Stuart held positions as Data Design & Advancement Leader, Asset Systems Co-ordinator, and Cost Systems Leader, contributing to the advancement and compliance of asset data and systems.
