Leanne Squires

Leanne Squires is an experienced Operations Manager at Scottish Widows, overseeing 12 teams and 200 colleagues in Customer Service Delivery since January 2018, managing processes from onboarding to retirement claims and bereavements. Prior to this role, Leanne served as a Contact Centre Manager at Capita from February 2006 to December 2017 and held positions such as Team Manager - Customer Experience and Contact Centre Team Leader. Leanne began career at Zurich Insurance Company Ltd as a Team Leader from September 2002 to February 2006. Leanne holds a Postgraduate Certificate in Service Operations Management from the University of Warwick and is pursuing an Executive MBA at Henley Business School, expected to be completed in May 2025, alongside ongoing studies at the University of Reading.
