Adithya Mathai

Adithya Mathai has accumulated extensive experience in management and consulting over a career spanning two decades. Currently serving as a Partner at ScottMadden, Inc. since July 2009, Adithya has held various roles including Director, Manager, Senior Associate, and Associate within the organization. Prior experience includes positions as Associate Director - Chief of Staff - CEB Solutions and Business Analyst at the Corporate Executive Board from August 2004 to May 2007, as well as a Consultant at Synygy, Inc. from 2002 to 2004. Adithya holds an MBA in General Management from UNC Kenan-Flagler Business School (2007-2009) and a BSE in Computer Telecommunications from the University of Pennsylvania (1998-2002), complemented by an International Baccalaureate from Jakarta International School (1996-1998).
