Dugger Don is currently the Director of Growing Media Operations for the Northeast Region at The Scotts Miracle-Gro Company. With a robust background in the consumer goods industry, Dugger has honed skills in management, team building, and production planning, supported by a Bachelor of Science in Engineering/Industrial Management from the University of Richmond - Robins School of Business. They also serve as a Board Member for the Roanoke River Service Authority and have over 40 years of public service as Mayor and former council member in the Town of Brodnax. Dugger previously owned Richwood LLC and has retired after a distinguished career with Scotts.
