Lee Hamilton

Lee Hamilton is the owner of Seddon Street Property Management Limited since April 2017, leading a family-run property management team with over 20 years of experience in managing rental homes across Upper Hutt, Wellington, Kāpiti, Levin, Foxton, and Palmerston North. Additionally, Lee serves as a Principal Consultant at Scotwork, providing expertise in negotiation processes to enhance client outcomes and business relationships. Lee also owns Seddon Street Holdings Ltd, a residential rental property investment company, and has previously held various leadership roles in technology and project management at companies such as Intergen and Fronde. Educational qualifications include 'A' Levels in Math, Statistics, and Computer Science from West Kent College.
