Eric Cummins

Eric Cummins has extensive experience in the IT industry, working in various roles and responsibilities. Eric is currently the Director of IT Infrastructure at Scoular since October 2022. Prior to that, they worked as the Director of Database Services at CSG from July 2018 to November 2022. Eric also held the position of Director - ERP Systems - SAP at TreeHouse Foods from February 2016 to July 2018, where they led a project team and implemented SAP systems for food manufacturing facilities. Before that, Eric was the Manager - IT Trans & Warehouse Applications at ConAgra Foods from May 2012 to February 2016, where they were responsible for application development and service delivery. Eric also worked as an IT Manager - Network Services at Conagra Brands from May 2010 to February 2012. In their earlier career, Eric held roles such as Manager - Information Technology Access Administration and Systems Analyst at ConAgra Foods, where they managed access administration and led support transition projects. Eric began their career as an Information Analyst at Delaware North Companies, where they focused on identifying and documenting gaps in PeopleSoft systems.

Eric Cummins earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Information Systems from Dakota State University. Eric attended the university from 1998 to 2001.
