Norma Gilbert

Norma Gilbert is an Independent Consultant with a passion for wine, currently pursuing opportunities in the wine industry through Scout & Cellar. Norma previously served as the Director of Clinical Excellence at Indiana University Health Arnett from 2008 to 2020, where they were responsible for quality, patient safety, and compliance within a regional healthcare system. Prior to that, Norma held director-level responsibilities for quality and accreditation at the Sisters of St. Francis and was the Chief Quality Officer at Logansport Memorial Hospital. Norma's extensive healthcare background began as an ED Staff Nurse at St. Joseph Hospital, Kokomo, after earning a Diploma in Nursing from St. Elizabeth School of Nursing. They also hold a Bachelor's degree in Management from Indiana Wesleyan University and a Master's in Health Administration from the University of Phoenix.
