John Bunce

John Bunce is a versatile construction and development professional who currently serves as the Vice President of Construction at Scout Cold Logistics and the Vice President at The Chicago Building Congress. With a background that includes extensive project experience as a Project Executive at Graycor and a Project Director at Clayco Inc, John has successfully led large design/build distribution facilities across the nation. An independent business owner at Bunce Construction from 1984 to 1994, John also held a position as a Field Superintendent at Osman Construction Corporation from 1994 to 1998. John earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration and Finance from the University of Notre Dame.
