Mark Solak is an experienced finance professional currently working as a Finance Analyst at Scout Cold Logistics since September 2023. The company invests in grocery distribution, food production, and non-food perishable facilities throughout the United States. Vincent Signorello founded Scout Capital Partners in 2017 and Scout Cold Logistics in 2021. He currently serves as the Chairman and CEO of Scout Cold Logistics and in that capacity, he oversees all activities of the firm including overall strategic direction, capital formation, investment sourcing / evaluation, and asset management. Since the formation of Scout Capital Partners and Scout Cold Logistics, Vincent has led the firm’s investment in almost 9 million SF of cold storage properties across the United States comprising approximately $1.4B of capital commitments.
