Scout Creatives provides financial and practical support to help Talent Agents build a successful business - on their own terms.

From instant financial backing to expert mentorship and a full suite of business and administrative support, we take the risk out of going solo.

Our model is designed to give Agents complete autonomy while ensuring they have the guidance, funding, and tools to scale, grow, and thrive without limits.

The company was founded by Alex Ells and Tom Etherton, former city traders who built their careers in high-pressure, results-driven environments, leading global trading teams with a focus on trust, collaboration, and empowerment. Now, they are bringing that same ethos to Scout Creatives, helping the next generation of business leaders carve their own path.
