Scout & Guide Trust is an autonomous, non-governmental organization registered under the Indian Trust Act, 1882, and affiliated with NITI Aayog. Our core mission is to bridge the "Skill Gap" in the Indian education system by aligning our training modules with the National Education Policy (NEP) 2020.

We specialize in holistic youth development, providing schools and colleges with a structured, affordable, and government-recognized framework for non-formal education.

Our Pillars of Impact:
🔹 Holistic Skill Development: Moving beyond rote learning to focus on personality development, communication, and emotional intelligence.
🔹 Digital & Cyber Awareness: Equipping the youth for a tech-driven world through our Saksham Bharat initiatives.
🔹 Leadership at the Grassroots: Empowering rural students with the confidence to compete on a global stage.
🔹 Institutional Partnership: Providing schools with certified trainers and a comprehensive co-curricular profile.

Under the visionary leadership of our Director, Deepak Chandan Sahu, we are building a movement where "Be Prepared" isn't just a motto—it's a way of life. Join us as we nurture the next generation of confident, skilled, and socially responsible citizens.

We are dedicated to creating National Assets—youth who are not only employable but are also ethical leaders ready to contribute to nation-building.
