Scout Realty is reinventing how you buy and sell houses. We’re focused on clients, not commissions—which saves you thousands.

Have you ever felt like real estate agents should be paid for what they DO for you, not your home’s value? Us too.

That’s why instead of charging outrageous commissions on a home sale, we offer a low flat fee. This saves our clients an average of $10,000. And as a homebuyer, we save you thousands on your closing costs.

All this so you can keep more of YOUR money.

Our agents work on salary, so they NEVER use pressure tactics. Their only goal? Making sure your experience is easy, efficient, and enjoyable.

At Scout, we measure our success based on what we save clients, not what we take from them.

This is how real estate should be.
