Ryan Blay

Ryan Blay is an experienced aerospace engineer currently working at Scout Space, focusing on software development for space domain awareness solutions. Previously, Ryan worked at Orion Space Solutions as an Aerospace + GNC engineer, gaining proficiency in several programming languages, including C/C++, Python, and MATLAB. Ryan's early career included a research assistant role at the University of Colorado Boulder, where software was developed to detect GPS jammers. Ryan also served as a systems engineering intern at Northrop Grumman, managing project requirements and developing web applications. Academically, Ryan holds both a Master of Science and a Bachelor of Science in Aerospace Engineering from the University of Colorado Boulder, complemented by a high school diploma from Jefferson Academy High School.
