Scout & Spruce was founded on a simple realization: Top-producing agents need more than just an assistant—they need a comprehensive back office.

Real estate demands three distinct skill sets: the foresight to manage daily logistics (The Scout), the vigilance to protect the transaction (The Sweep), and the creative eye of a professional designer to market a listing to its fullest potential (The Spruce) while our social media team (The Stream) manages your online presence.

We don't just "help" you with your business; we install a high-performance engine. Most realtors fail to scale because they are trapped in "minimal" systems. When you partner with us, you aren't just hiring a person; you are buying into our tried and true operational systems.

The Scout (Operations): We clear the path so you can run. We manage day-to-day logistics—from inbox triage to client scheduling—ensuring you stay out of the administrative brush. We bring our own Asana task lists and onboarding questionnaires to ensure your business moves with precision.
The Sweep (Transactions): We ensure nothing is left behind. We manage the entire contract-to-close lifecycle with a "Leave No Trace" protocol. From strict compliance audits and deadline tracking to lender communication, we secure the file and protect your commission.
The Spruce and Stream (Creative): We ensure your business looks as good as it operates. Unlike generic assistants, our team includes a professional graphic designer to curate a visual identity that is consistent, professional, and expensive-looking. From listing presentations to high-end marketing collateral, we use our pre-approved communication and social templates to validate your commission.

Our mission is to provide high-performing Realtors with executive-level infrastructure. We exist to remove the friction from your business, allowing you to focus on what drives revenue: listing, selling, and negotiating.
