Mark Estep

Mark Estep has held various positions in the manufacturing, operations, and sales industries since 2002. Mark began their career as a Sales Associate for Crystalix of Washington, LLC in 2002. In 2004, they were promoted to Production Manager at Lazer Trends, LLC, where they managed two production staff and maintained three lasers and two sandblasters. In 2009, they joined the Peace Corps Mongolia as a CED - Small Business Advisor, where they provided training and insight surrounding best business practices in the tourism industry in the Arkhangai province. In 2011, they were hired as Operations Manager for Webmosa, LLC and was later promoted to VP of Operations. In 2014, they became one of the founders of Scout Systems, Inc. as Chief Operations Officer, where they work with the team to develop cloud-based applications aimed at providing customers manufacturing intelligence.

Mark Estep completed an Associate of Arts degree at Pierce Community College - Puyallup from 2000 to 2002. Mark then attended Pacific Lutheran University from 2002 to 2004, where they earned a BA in Business Administration.
