Dean Sloves

Dean Sloves has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Starting in 2016, they worked as Label Operations for Hi Def Youth, a label associated with Flosstradamus. In 2017, they transitioned to a role as an Accountant at Ranstad USA. From 2018 to 2021, Dean occupied a Finance & Accounting position at the Ultimate Fighting Championship. In 2019, they became a Co-Founder of Spotify Playlisting, where they successfully built a significant following and helped labels achieve chart success. Following this, Dean co-founded OdysseyApp in 2020, creating a product with 10,000 active users and raising $1m in venture funding. In 2022, they engaged in advisory and consulting work as an Advisor for Anime Gear Guru and as a Manager, Growth at Geneva. Additionally, Dean served as an Investor & Advisor for Entendre Finance. From 2022 to 2023, they held the role of SVP, Business Development at Manifold Trading Partners / Ather Digital. In 2023, Dean took on the role of Co-Founder for Scout, an AI-based sales assistant. Dean also worked as an Advisor for Bolt Group during this time.

Dean Sloves attended Reno High School from 2008 to 2012, where they obtained an Advanced Diploma. Dean then went on to study Finance at the University of Nevada-Reno until 2017. In 2020, Dean completed the Accounting Specialist Certificate Program at UC Davis Continuing and Professional Education.
