Johan Pettersson

Johan Pettersson is the Secretary General at Scouterna, a position they have held since 2021. Previously, they served as the Secretary General for Oxfam Sweden from 2016 to 2021 and held various roles at Médecins Sans Frontières from 2008 to 2016, including Fundraising Director, where they significantly improved fundraising performance. Johan's early career included positions at DHL Express and Kilroy Travels, where they developed strategic initiatives to enhance organizational effectiveness. They hold a Master’s Degree in Marketing and a Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science and Government from Uppsala University, along with studies at Université Paris-Sorbonne and the University of Economics in Prague.
