Betsy Harrison

Betsy Harrison has extensive work experience in finance and accounting. Betsy began their career in 2009 as a Staff Accountant at PCF - Publishers Circulation Fulfillment, where they later became a Senior Accountant. In 2014, Betsy joined Millennial Media as a Senior Accountant before becoming a Finance Manager at Independent Security Evaluators in 2015. In 2016, they joined QL2 Software as a Controller and eventually became the Director of Finance and Accounting. Betsy then worked as an Assistant Controller at Upside Business Travel in 2019 and as a Controller at Regency in 2020. From 2021 to 2022, they served as a Controller at Whitebox Inc. Currently, Betsy holds the role of VP of Finance at ScoutLogic Background Screening since 2022. Additionally, they are a Board Member at Saddle Up Scholars starting from March 2023.

Betsy Harrison holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from the University of Maryland - Robert H. Smith School of Business. Betsy also possesses a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting from the University of Maryland. In addition to their educational background, Betsy has obtained certifications as a Certified Public Accountant from the State of Maryland Department of Labor, Licensing and Regulation, and as a Chartered Global Management Accountant from the AICPA (American Institute of Certified Public Accountants).
