Mark Flaherty

Mark Flaherty is an experienced professional with a diverse background in business development, recruitment, and talent management. Currently a member of the Entrepreneurs' Organization in Minnesota since January 2020, Mark engages in collaborative learning and connections focused on achieving personal and business potential. Mark co-founded Scouts Talent in October 2015, a firm specializing in project-based representation of accounting and financial professionals in the Minneapolis and St. Paul areas. Previous roles include Executive/Technical Recruiter at Phillips Technical Search and Business Development Director at Salo LLC, where significant growth in the consulting practice was achieved. Early career highlights include Division Director positions at Hudson Highland Group and Robert Half International, where recognition for sales achievements was received. Mark began the career in auditing with KPMG after earning a Bachelor of Accountancy from the University of North Dakota.
