Albert Cruz, P.E., P.Eng. has over three decades of experience in the engineering industry. Albert has held various roles such as Senior Civil Structural Engineer, Lead Civil/Structural Engineer, and Project Engineer in different companies. Albert obtained a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Pamantasan ng Lungsod ng Maynila.
