Phil Henderson, P.Eng., currently serves as the PadX Program Manager at Scovan, focusing on innovative implementations for a standardized SAGD well pad commodity product. Prior to this role, Henderson was the Change Management Program Manager at DIRTT Environmental Solutions, overseeing the New Product Introduction and Management of Change processes. With a strong background in engineering, Henderson also tutored students in STEM subjects while gaining extensive experience at Athabasca Oil Corporation as a Production Engineer, Exploitation Engineer, and Thermal Reservoir Engineer. Earlier career experience includes a role as a Completions Engineering Intern at ConocoPhillips. Henderson holds a Bachelor of Science in Engineering from the University of Calgary.
