ScrapDogs Community Compost is a young, small-scale compost business committed to serving as a community resource and advancing a local circular economy in midcoast Maine. In short: we will collect food and yard waste from households and businesses; convert it to healthy, fertile compost; and provide this compost as a zero-waste resource to community members. We will also provide educational and recreational resources to the community in the form of workshops, events, and a local gathering space.
