Randy Murphy is a seasoned business leader with extensive experience in consulting, entrepreneurship, and operational management across various industries. Currently serving as Operating Partner at Scratch Advisors and Crescent Capital Advisors, Randy specializes in strategic consulting and growth strategies for businesses ranging from startups to midsize firms. As the Founder and Managing Partner of Murphy Hiott Consulting, Randy provides fractional C-Level and profitability consulting services. Previous roles include Founder, CEO, and Chairperson of FourBurner Technologies, where Randy launched a software company to enhance restaurant operations, and CEO of The INVGR Group, successfully leading a turnaround project. Randy co-founded Murphy Adams Restaurant Group, overseeing a multi-unit restaurant operation, and has held engineering and management roles in technology firms. Randy holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from The University of Texas at Austin.
