Eric Hedberg

Eric Hedberg is the current Chief Risk Officer at Scratchpay. Eric has over 15 years of experience in the financial industry, working in various positions involving credit, risk, and product strategy.

Eric began their career as a wealth manager at UBS Wealth Management in 2007. Eric then moved to AWJ Capital Partners as an analyst in 2010. In 2010, they also became Managing Director at the Carlson Growth Fund.

In 2011, Eric left the Carlson Growth Fund to join Capital One as Strategy / Credit / Product. Eric spent four years at Capital One before joining Wells Fargo as VP, Analytics / Credit Risk in 2015. Eric spent four years at Wells Fargo before joining Sezzle as VP of Credit Strategy in 2019. Eric has been with Scratchpay since 2021.

Eric Hedberg graduated with a BA in Economics from Saint John's University and then went on to earn their MBA in Finance from the University of Minnesota - Carlson School of Management. Eric later attended Mitchell Hamline School of Law and earned their JD.

Their manager is John Keatley, CEO. They are on a team with Jordan Morse - VP, Product, Korissa Faiman Tsuyuki - VP, Design, and Caleb Morse - Co-Founder & COO.
