Here at Scratch Made, we have humble beginnings. We started in 2016 in Harrisburg, Pa as a small proprietary restaurant commissary, and expanded to a full manufacturing facility that produces and sells many items through retail channels.

We are passionate about food, and believe that it is an experience-one that is enhanced by the care and passion that is reflected in our products.

We offer a wide range of specialty foods, including hand-breaded mozzarella triangles and pepperjack cheese cubes, Lancaster-style soft pretzels, and pretzels topped with signature toppings. All of our products are made with care and attention to detail, using only the finest ingredients.
