Thom Dean is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in brand strategy, market intelligence, and business development, currently serving as the CEO and Founder of Focus 360 Arabia since March 2003. Focus 360 operates as a boutique consultancy and brand development enterprise, specializing in integrating market research and strategic planning across various sectors, including healthcare, media, and hospitality. In addition to leading Focus 360, Thom serves as the Managing Partner for the Middle East at Screen Engine/ASI LLC. Previous roles include Vice President and Executive Director of Strategy at Interpublic Group, as well as leadership positions at TBWA\Worldwide, DDB, and DMB&B, where expertise in global brand strategy and advertising was developed. Thom holds a Bachelor of Arts in Politics and Philosophy from Brandeis University and has pursued additional studies at Harvard University.
