Ian Compton

Ian Compton is a skilled Field Service Engineer at SCREEN since May 2022, providing on-site support for semiconductor manufacturing equipment. Previously, Ian worked at Plug Power from September 2020 to April 2022 as a Field Service Technician, where responsibilities included maintaining and repairing hydrogen fuel cells and infrastructure. Ian served in the US Navy as a Nuclear Electronics Technician from September 2016 to September 2020, focusing on the operation and maintenance of naval nuclear propulsion systems. Earlier experience includes working as a Mechanic at Greene Trucking Inc and an Internship at HCJB Global, where various engineering and maintenance tasks were performed. Ian holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Calvin University and has studied at Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam and Technische Universität Berlin.
