Joy S. possesses extensive experience in semiconductor process engineering, with a focus on metal gate technology and system on chip (SOC) development, contributing to advanced semiconductor manufacturing at scales of 32nm, 22nm, and beyond. Currently serving as a Business Integration Manager at SCREEN since January 2019, Joy has previously held roles at Cabot Microelectronics and Nexplanar Corporation, encompassing strategic account management and materials engineering. Joy's academic background includes a PhD in Chemical and Biomolecular Engineering from Tulane University, where innovative research on porous carbon microstructures was conducted, alongside a brief role at NASA Glenn Research Center investigating polymer carbon composites.
