James Heath is a strategic HR leader with over 15 years of experience, specialising in scaling high-growth businesses and aligning people strategies with organisational objectives. Currently serving as the Human Resources Director at ScreenCloud, they previously held leadership roles at Nourish Care, where they focused on M&A integration and cultural transformation, as well as at Mercer UK as a People Partner and HR Lead. James began their career as an HR Assistant at Universal Music Group and has since gained significant experience in various HR roles, including HR Business Partner and HR Adviser. They earned a BA (Hons) in Business Studies with a focus on Human Resources from the University of Hertfordshire.
