Previous experience includes roles as VP Customer Success at JRLConsult, where strategies for technology and customer retention were developed, and co-founder of WOTJOB® Ltd, focused on connecting users with career opportunities. Jayne was also a founding member and Customer Success Director at cube19, managing Customer Success teams, and held various consulting and project management positions at companies such as Cititec Associates and Robert Walters. Educated at Sheffield Hallam University with a BA (Hons) in History, Jayne brings extensive expertise in customer success, digital transformations, and business systems management.
