Charles Yang has over 25 years of work experience. Charles began their career in 1994 as a Technical Support Engineer at Norton-Lambert Corporation. Charles then worked as a Sr. Software Engineer at Market Place Media from 1996 to 1998. From 1998 to 2007, they worked as a Software Dev Mgr / Sr. Software Engineer at McAfee. From 2007 to 2012, they worked as a Patent & Licensing at Intel Corporation. Charles then worked as a Sr. Product Manager at Exterro from 2012 to 2015. From 2015 to 2018, they worked as a Sr Product Manager at Zapproved. From 2018 to 2021, they worked as a Manager of Product Management at Fiserv. Charles currently works as a Sr. Director of Product Management at ScreenMeet.

Charles Yang obtained their Doctor of Law (J.D.) from Lewis & Clark Law School in 2009, where they specialized in IP Law, Information Security & Privacy Law. Prior to that, they earned their Master from Portland State University in 2002, where they specialized in Engineering Management. Charles also holds a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) from the University of California, Santa Barbara. Additionally, Charles is certified by the Oregon State Bar and Pragmatic Marketing Certified - Level III (PMC-III).
