Stephen O'Donnell

Stephen O'Donnell is an executive with extensive experience in media, technology, education, and public policy. Previously, they held significant roles at STV, including Director of Programme Strategy and Marketing, where they contributed to the growth of the STV Player and established STV Creative as a leading agency. Currently, they serve as Head of Television Distribution at the Department for Culture, Media and Sport and are a member of the Board of Trustees at ScreenSkills. O'Donnell's work focuses on developing industry policy and ensuring access to education and training within the UK screen industries. They are passionate about purposeful work that creates lasting impact.
