Alice John

Alice John is an experienced HR professional currently serving as Senior HRBP and Inclusion Lead at Screwfix since February 2019, where responsibilities include advising senior leaders, leading a team of HRBPs, and driving cultural change through inclusion and diversity initiatives. Prior to this role, Alice held several positions including Senior HR Business Partner at Vodafone, where the focus was on enhancing performance culture and engagement, and National HR Business Partner at Whitbread, managing people strategies for restaurant brands. Earlier career experience includes HR Business Partner and Employer Brand Lead at IHG, as well as HR & Development Manager and Area HR Officer roles. Alice holds a CIPD degree from the University of Newport, Wales, and a BSc (Hons) in Food & Nutrition from Bath Spa University.
