Andy James

Andy James has a diverse professional background, primarily in education and retail management. Currently serving as Talent Programme Manager and previously as Lead Apprenticeship Learning Coach and Apprenticeship Learning Coach at Screwfix, Andy has developed expertise in training and mentorship. Prior experience includes roles at B&Q as a Sales Assistant, Supervisor, and Retail Manager, where retail management skills were cultivated. Additionally, Andy worked as a Tutor in BTEC Business at Coleg y Cymoedd and gained experience as a Camp Counselor and Unit Leader with the Coalition for the Homeless, Inc.
