Cigdem Eray

Cigdem Eray is a seasoned marketing professional with extensive experience in both digital and traditional marketing roles. Currently serving as Senior Marketing Manager - International at Screwfix since September 2015, Cigdem has developed regional marketing strategies, planned marketing executions, and collaborated with UK marketing teams to enhance brand awareness in new markets. Previous positions at Screwfix include Go-to-Market Manager and Senior Marketing Manager during a secondment, where Cigdem led marketing teams and executed strategic plans for multiple new store openings in the UK and Republic of Ireland. Prior to Screwfix, Cigdem gained valuable experience at Koçtaş, holding roles such as Digital Marketing & CRM Manager, where responsibility included budget management and the implementation of digital communication strategies. Cigdem holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Industrial and Systems Engineering from Yeditepe University and completed secondary education at V.K.V. The Koç School with a focus on Science and Mathematics.
