Colleen Freeman

Colleen Freeman has extensive experience in the retail and apprenticeship sectors, currently serving as the Apprenticeship Programme Manager at Screwfix since June 2013. Colleen has held various roles within the company, including Lead Apprenticeship Learning Coach for the South & East Divisions, Branch Manager, and multiple Assistant Manager positions. Prior to Screwfix, Colleen worked at Wm Morrison Supermarkets Plc from September 2005 to June 2013, starting as a Sales Assistant and advancing to roles such as checkout supervisor and oven baked supervisor. Colleen holds a Level 4 Certificate in Education and Training, NVQ Level 4 Certificate in Leadership and Management, NVQ Level 3 Diploma in Retail Management Skills, and NVQ Level 2 Diploma in Retail Skills from ILM, along with qualifications in Nail Technology and Beauty Application and Techniques from Northampton College. G.C.S.E.s were obtained at Thomas Becket School.
