Kieran Baker

Kieran Baker is an experienced professional currently serving as an Assistant Programme Manager in Property and Development at Screwfix since October 2023. Previously, Kieran worked at Dorset Police from July 2016 to September 2023 in multiple roles, including Staff Officer to Assistant Chief Constable (Specialist Operations) and Performance and Quality Assurance Manager. Prior to this, Kieran held several positions at Waitrose from November 2013 to May 2016, starting as a Supermarket Assistant and advancing to Assistant Section Manager, where responsibilities included managing a team and overseeing budgeting.
