Leanne Atkins is an experienced recruitment professional with a strong background in managing talent acquisition across various sectors. Currently a Recruitment Partner at Screwfix since July 2016, Leanne specializes in filling Retail Management roles and collaborates with Regional and Area Managers to address workforce planning needs. Prior experience includes serving as a Recruitment Business Partner, where Leanne was responsible for end-to-end recruitment for key Head Office departments, as well as roles as a Recruiter and HR Administrator at Hays. Leanne began the career as a Recruitment Consultant at Euro Liquid Transport and has a foundation in HR roles, starting from learning and development facilitation. Leanne completed education at Huish Episcopi School from 2001 to 2006.
