Mike Cody

Mike Cody is an experienced Area Manager currently leading the Eastern Division for Screwfix since October 2012, overseeing 18 stores across North Yorkshire, Lincolnshire, and Humberside, and previously managed a similar number of stores covering the inner M25. Prior to Screwfix, Mike held roles such as Resourcing Business Partner at Cancer Research UK, where responsibilities included leading the resourcing strategy and building relationships with leadership teams, and Resourcing Specialist at Jacques Vert plc and RPS. Earlier career achievements also include formulating recruitment strategies at PSA Peugeot Citroen Group and managing recruitment operations at Telefonica o2 UK Ltd, Damartex, and Blockbuster. Mike's educational background includes attendance at Harrogate College of Further Education.
