Mike Rossiter is a retail leader with extensive experience in planning, directing, and coordinating operations across multiple stores to drive business growth. Currently serving as the Workforce Planning and Productivity Manager at Screwfix, Mike oversees workforce management tools to enhance productivity and align strategies with business objectives. Previously, Mike held leadership positions at Tesco and B&Q, where they exceeded performance expectations while mentoring new leaders and implementing process improvements. Mike is pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Wales, Cardiff.
