Beth Venegas currently serves as the User Experience Research Director at Scribd, a position held since June 2022. Previously, Beth was the Director of UX Strategy & Research at Kaplan, where responsibilities included leading UX strategy, managing teams of UX/UI designers and researchers, and prioritizing customer insights throughout the product development lifecycle.
